My Diaspora work brings together my experience in education, art, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. As President of the Jamaica Foundation of Houston (JFH), I lead initiatives that support scholarships and education, celebrate Jamaican culture, encourage community service, build partnerships, and strengthen connections between Jamaica and the Houston community.

I also serve as co-host of Consul General Oliver Mair’s Link Up Live, a weekly platform connecting Jamaicans and friends of Jamaica across the global Diaspora. Through conversations with leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, artists, and community advocates, I help highlight the people, ideas, and opportunities making an impact across our communities.

My background in higher education and nonprofit leadership has shaped how I approach strategy, collaboration, mentorship, and service, while my work as a visual artist and designer brings creativity, cultural storytelling, and a different perspective to how I connect with people.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to building bridges, creating opportunities, celebrating our culture, and using my experience and networks to make a meaningful impact in Jamaica and across the Diaspora.
